I highly recommend A-1! They are flexible, prompt and
convenient. If you need a last minute close, A-1 will work with you to get
it done. If you would like to request a specific closer, A-1 will do their
best to have that person close the loan. The closings can be scheduled
anywhere - library, restaurant, your customers place of business, etc.
Most of all, my customers enjoy the convenience of having a closer come
directly to their home in the evening hours when most title companies are
closed. Not only does this save them the time of locating the title company
and driving there, but it allows them to schedule the closing appointment
outside of their normal work hours. I have found this to be extremely
beneficial at the end of the month when most title companies appointment
schedules are filled with purchase closings. This is also an added benefit
for anyone who has small children. Since the appointment can be scheduled in
their home, there is no need to find a babysitter or bring the children to
the title company (which is not a child friendly environment).
I will continue to use this service as long as it is available!
